01 / Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Olorin's industrial diagnostic services, including the "Yield Gap Autopsy", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the service.

02 / The Service

Olorin provides industrial benchmarks and diagnostic reports based on technical and financial data provided by the user. The output is a high-level strategic diagnostic ("The Autopsy") aimed at identifying potential material yield inefficiencies.

03 / Fees and Payments

Fees for the Yield Gap Autopsy are billed upfront via Stripe. Payment is non-refundable unless Olorin is unable to deliver the diagnostic report due to technical failure on our end. Olorin reserves the right to adjust diagnostic pricing based on industrial scale.

04 / Disclaimer of Liability

Industrial Advice Disclaimer: Our findings are estimates based on standard industry benchmarks and the specific data points you provide. Olorin is not liable for:

• Operational decisions made based on its reports.
• Variations in material costs or scrap market fluctuations.
• Software calculation errors within your own nesting platform.

Final manufacturing decisions remain solely with the client's engineering and management teams.

05 / Intellectual Property

All methodologies, report templates, and diagnostic algorithms used in the Yield Gap Autopsy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Olorin. You are granted a limited license to use the final report for your internal business optimization purposes.

06 / Governing Law

These terms and any services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Olorin is officially registered.
